What happens next

The first three steps, so nothing is a surprise.

01

Inquire

Tell us about the piece: the space, the rough dimensions, the wood you are drawn to, the budget range you are working within. The more we know up front, the faster we get to a real design conversation.

What you will hear from usA personal reply within one business day, with two or three questions that sharpen the brief.
02

Consult

A conversation at the shop, at your home, or by phone. We look at the space, talk through proportions and species, and review slabs that could become your piece. Out of state clients do this by video, and it works.

What you will hear from usA written recap after we talk, so nothing lives only in memory.
03

Design & Estimate

If you are bringing a finished design, we move straight to an estimate. If the piece needs to be drawn and specified from scratch, that begins as a paid design engagement, and the fee applies in full toward the commission.

What you will hear from usAn itemized written estimate, in writing, once the spec is final. If you need time to decide, we check in gently. No pressure, no expiring offers.
